Business Analyst with Fluent Chinese 1 Year FTC

An international Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to assist with strategic project initiatives and daily business operations to improve business processes.Your responsibilities will include:Analysing and documenting business requirementsReviewing workflows to enhance efficiencyAssisting in project coordination and implementationUAT for system/process changesPreparing user guides, training materials etcProviding daily operational supportYour experience must include:Strong proven and relevant analysis experience in retail banking and/or BA (regarding retail/online banking/payments) to translate complex business requirementsAbility to create UATFluency in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) is ESSENTIALExcellent commination skills both written and verbalStrong IT skills Excel and ideally PowerBI & SQLThis is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the London office and 1 day remotely.TPBN1_UKTJ
