Role: FP&A AnalystBasis: PermanentSalary: Up to £50,000 per annum4 days per week in office.Location: Leeds.Company Industry: Facilities ManagementKey DutiesProduce the management pack for assigned divisions each month using the standard CoE templateConsume gross margin actuals from Gross Margin Accountants and overhead actuals from General AccountingBuild and maintain budget and reforecast models for assigned divisions in line with Group timetableConstruct the gross margin bridge (actual vs budget vs prior month) by pulling actuals directly from the ledger/pipeline - not from a report prepared by the GM AccountantPrepare variance commentary at revenue, GM and overhead level using the bridge as the foundationWork with the Divisional FD to populate forward-looking narrative and risk/opportunity commentarySupport the Divisional FD in preparing for the monthly performance review with the MDIdentify anomalies in actuals that may indicate accounting errors; flag to Divisional FCValidate gross margin forecast inputs from the CoE against divisional operational knowledgeContribute to CoE standardisation: share template improvements with Head of FP&A CoEAccept and flex division assignments as directed by the Head of FP&A CoETPBN1_UKTJ
