You'll handle new business, service existing accounts and manage renewals - with the autonomy to build real relationships and make a genuine impact. Salary: Up to £40,000 Location: Glasgow Working pattern: Hybrid What you'll be doing Supporting commercial clients with new business opportunities, renewals and day-to-day servicing Building and developing strong relationships with clients and underwriters Delivering tailored advice and exceptional service at every touchpoint Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements throughout Contributing to company targets and objectives as a key part of the teamWhat they're looking for A background in a commercial broking or account handling role Strong understanding of core insurance principles Confident communicator - written, verbal and client-facing Commercially aware, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to multitask Someone who takes pride in the advice they give and the relationships they buildWhy this role?
