Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Based Essex CM12 0BZ Salary to £125k + Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing construction business delivering prestigious mechanical and electrical projects. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a proven track record in delivering high-end hotel and luxury residential developments, taking responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities: Manage the commercial aspects of M&E packages on high-value hotel and residential developments.Prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts.Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier packages.Monitor project costs, cash flow, forecasts, and profitability.Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.Produce accurate commercial reports and financial forecasts.Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor.Strong background delivering high-end hotel and luxury residential projects.Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.Experience managing multiple projects and working to demanding programmes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial awareness.Relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable.If you're an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to work on landmark projects with a business that values expertise, quality, and long-term career development, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
