This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, travelling between locations, and delivering high standards of cleaning service.What We Offer£14.00 per hourFull-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week) opportunities availableCompany van provided for work-related travelUniform provided (tabard, polo shirt/t-shirt, ID badge and lanyard)Temporary-to-permanent opportunities available after 12 weeksTravel time between sites paidFlexible working patterns availableThe RoleAs a Mobile Cleaning Cover Operative, you will provide absence and holiday cover across a variety of commercial premises, including:OfficesMedical centresSchoolsOther commercial facilitiesYou can expect to clean approximately 2 to 4 sites per day, depending on shift length and site requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out professional cleaning services to a high standardTravel between assigned sites within the designated coverage areaFollow company cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelinesUse cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectivelyMaintain positive relationships with clients on siteRequirementsFull UK Driving Licence (essential)Flexible availability, including weekendsAbility to work independently and manage your workloadPrevious cleaning experience preferred but not essentialDBS certificate advantageous (Basic or Enhanced), although opportunities are available for candidates without a DBSTraining & SupportSuccessful candidates will receive:Company inductionCOSHH trainingTraining on company equipment and systemsOngoing support from Area Managers, including site introductions where requiredWorking HoursFlexible working between Monday to Sunday, Midday shifts into the evening.Important InformationCommuting time to your first site and from your final site home is not paid.Travel time between sites during your shift is paid.We aim to schedule sites geographically close together wherever possible to minimise travel.If you're looking for a flexible, rewarding role with variety and independence, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and become part of a professional team delivering essential cleaning services across the South West.TPBN1_UKTJ
