The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of Fan Coil Units, HVAC systems, and associated mechanical plant across the building.This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically qualified engineer with a strong background in commercial building services, particularly Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, and HVAC maintenance.
