You'll play a key role in developing a positive, proactive engineering culture and driving continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities : Lead, coach and develop a team of Engineers, supporting performance, engagement and development.Deliver a robust preventative maintenance strategy and ensure effective execution of all planned maintenance activities.Drive improvements in equipment reliability, plant performance and OEE.Manage engineering budgets, labour resources and engineering spend.Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, HACCP and BRC requirements.Work collaboratively across Operations, Technical, Hygiene and wider business functions to maximise asset availability and production performance.Manage contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to required standards.The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
