Site Manager required to join leading high end developer for new build residential project in the Chichester area. The Site Manager will ideally come from a residential background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience in managing projects from inception through to completion. The Site Manager career history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats, apartments and high end residential. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to managing site team, dealing with client, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.TPBN1_UKTJ
