This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on specialist projects within a modern manufacturing environment.If you're looking for a role where your expertise is valued and where you'll enjoy genuine work-life balance, career stability, and a great benefits package, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs an Automotive Electrician, you will play a key role in the assembly and installation of bespoke electrical systems on specialist vehicles and equipment.Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring all electrical installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance while supporting production targets and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and modify customised vehicle-mounted electrical harnesses and control systemsInterpret and work from electrical schematics and wiring diagramsDiagnose and resolve electrical faults efficientlySupport the build and commissioning of specialist vehicle systemsEnsure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracyComplete relevant production and quality documentationWork collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlinesMaintain a clean, organised and safe working environmentFollow all company policies and health and safety proceduresSupport additional production activities as requiredWhat We're Looking ForEssential Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience wiring vehicles to a high standardAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently and use your own initiativeStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipFlexible and adaptable approach to workload requirementsDesirableExperience working with machine controlsExperience within automotive, commercial vehicle, specialist vehicle, or manufacturing environmentsWho You AreYou take pride in producing quality work, enjoy solving technical challenges, and thrive in a hands-on environment.
