Our continued success is built on our strong values, commitment to innovation, and a genuine investment in our people, facilities, and technology.We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.Duties of the Quantity Surveyor will include:Manage all costs relating to projects including reportingAssisting estimating where required.Reviewing contracts and preparing contract documents.Understanding and knowledge of types of contracts and conditionsSub contract orderingPreparing interim valuations / final accountsRequirements of the Role:Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ProjectEducated to degree level as Quantity Surveyor.2 years- experience in a Quantity surveyor role.Well-developed client facing skills with a client orientated approach.Commercially astute.Ability to work within a team.Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Organisational & Planning Skills.Able to balance competing priorities and meet personal targets within a fluctuating & demanding workload.Quantity Surveyors If you are looking to be part of something bigger, please applyTPBN1_UKTJ
