West Midlands| Hybrid Working (2 days office / 3 days WFH)£170-£190 per day3-Month Contract with Potential ExtensionThe RoleAs Client Accountant, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the accurate administration of CIS processes alongside day-to-day client accounting responsibilities.Responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of client accounts and overseeing day-to-day financial transactionsPerforming reconciliations and ensuring accurate management of client fundsProcessing payment runs in line with contractual requirements and deadlinesPreparing and supporting CIS-related processes, ensuring compliance and accuracyAllocating cash receipts and resolving account queriesPreparing monthly client accounts and financial reportsBuilding strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersSupporting ad hoc finance projects and wider team initiativesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so previous CIS experience is essential .To be considered, you'll have:Previous experience as a Client Accountant, Property Accountant or in a similar finance role within the real estate sectorProven experience working with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), including processing and administering CIS requirementsExperience managing client portfolios and building stakeholder relationshipsA strong understanding of reconciliations, financial reporting and financial controlsPart-qualified (AAT, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experienceExcellent communication skills with strong attention to detailGood working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft OfficeWhat's on Offer£170-£190 per dayInitial 3-month contract with the potential for extensionHybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)Opportunity to join a respected organisation with a supportive and collaborative team environmentPlease note: Due to the nature of this role, applicants must have previous CIS experience .
