If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to make real impact, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesLead and grow a high-performing engineering teamWork closely with Business Development and Commercial teams to respond quickly and accurately to customer enquiriesTake full technical ownership of key projects, from initial concept through to delivery and ongoing supportEnsure drawings, BOMs, BOPs and documentation reach the shop floor with complete clarity and up-to-date revision controlCollaborate with Production and Quality teams to define and maintain critical product quality characteristicsEngage with suppliers to ensure they meet project and business needsDrive innovation across engineering and production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and new technologiesSupport continuous improvement activities across the organisationEnsure risk assessments are in place for all engineering-led processesProvide hands-on technical support, gaining first-hand understanding of processes and identifying improvementsCoach, mentor and develop engineering team members to fulfil their potentialAdvocate for the businessboth to prospective customers and future employeesBe a respected leader who inspires confidence and fosters a positive, collaborative environmentWhat Youll BringProven experience working in either Automotive, Motorsport/F1 OR CompositesTechnical, hands-on engineering background with sound commercial awarenessStrong communication skills, approachable leadership style and a proactive mindsetMethodical problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detailThank you for your application.
