Sales AdministratorNorth Bristol / Filton | Hybrid Working (3 days office based)£28,000 £32,000 + Excellent BenefitsA fast-growing and expanding technology business based in North Bristol is seeking a Sales Administrator to join its busy and collaborative Sales Operations team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced commercial environment supporting a large sales function within a growing business. The role would suit someone highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.The RoleThe Sales Operations team plays a key role in supporting the wider sales organisation and ensuring revenue-generating activity is processed efficiently and accurately.Working within a fast-moving environment, responsibilities will include:Sales & Revenue SupportPreparing and issuing quotes, sales orders, renewals and change requestsSupporting sales teams to ensure deals progress smoothly and efficientlyEnsuring compliance with pricing, approval and operational processesIdentifying and resolving issues that may impact revenue recognitionWorkflow & Stakeholder ManagementManaging and prioritising incoming requests in line with SLA requirementsCommunicating effectively with internal stakeholders on progress and timelinesBalancing urgent requests alongside ongoing operational prioritiesCross-Functional SupportSupporting Sales, Marketing, Client Management and Solutions teamsWorking closely with Finance and Project teams to ensure accurate handoversAssisting with billing reviews, invoicing and contract administrationPartner & Vendor CoordinationBuilding strong relationships with external partners and vendorsCoordinating pricing, renewals, reporting and partner-related processesSystems, Data & Continuous ImprovementMaintaining accurate records across CRM and operational systemsUpdating pricing documentation and sales collateralSupporting process improvements across the Sales Operations functionThe PersonThe successful candidate will have:Previous experience within sales support, sales administration or customer serviceExperience working in CCaaS/Contact Centre/SaaS environments is highly desirableExposure to Sales Operations or Revenue operations would be advantageousExcellent administrative, organisational and prioritisation skillsStrong communication skills with confidence working across multiple teamsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPointThe ability to remain calm and organised within a fast-moving environmentA proactive, solution-focused and commercially aware mindsetExperience of AWS Marketplace, CPPO and Funding processes would be helpfulPrevious experience of using Government Framework Portals such as G-Cloud/NS3 would be usefulExperience of working with Hubspot, Netsuite and Zendesk is beneficialExperience of using Power BI for MI reporting and report building would also be advantageousExperience within SaaS, technology or fast-paced commercial environments would be advantageous, alongside exposure to systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite or Zendesk.Benefits£28,000 £32,000 salary depending on experienceHybrid working (3 days office based)25 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate healthcareWorldwide travel insuranceIncome protection schemeLife assurance (4x salary)Pension schemeEmployee assistance programmeEV and Cycle to Work schemesEmployee discountsFree parkingHours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am 5.30pmTPBN1_UKTJ
