Job Description
Fixed-term (6 months, with potential extension) Flexible working (full-time or 4 days per week, up to 2 days WFH) The United Synagogue is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support the delivery of key organisational change and cost-saving projects across our communities.This is a hands-on ER role, balancing strategy with hands on operational responsibilities. Reporting in to the Head of Employee Relations, you will be focused on restructuring, redundancy, contractual change, and wider workforce planning.
