Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a growing specialist contractor offering genuine progression towards an Operations Manager role?Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Drainage Lining Supervisor to support the delivery of drainage rehabilitation projects across the South of England.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee multiple lining crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while working closely with the Operations Manager.The RoleAs Drainage Lining Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple projects, including: Supervising CIPP lining crews to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project deliveryCoordinating labour, plant, materials and equipment to keep projects on programmeCarrying out regular site visits, monitoring performance, quality and Health & Safety complianceSupporting operational planning, project mobilisation and resource allocationMonitoring project progress, identifying risks and resolving site issuesEnsuring lining installations meet technical specifications, QA requirements and client expectationsBuilding strong relationships with clients, site teams and internal departmentsPromoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across operationsAbout YouWe're looking for an experienced supervisor with excellent technical knowledge of drainage lining operations and the leadership skills to manage multiple teams.You'll ideally have: Proven experience supervising CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation projectsStrong knowledge of lining installation techniques and site operationsExperience coordinating multiple crews, resources and work programmesExcellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive, organised approach with a strong focus on safety and qualityFull UK driving licenceThe following would be advantageous: NRSWA SupervisorSMSTS or SSSTSConfined Space TrainingFirst Aid at WorkWhat's On Offer?
