If you share our commitment to making a difference in our communities then wed love you to be part of the team.What is the role?You will play a key role in expanding female football development and driving impactful community delivery across Sussex. You will deliver 28 hours per week of structured, high-quality practical coaching sessions across both our Football Pathway and Schools programmes. You will also be required to design session plans, conducting venue checks, managing facility requirements, and executing risk assessments.Am I right for this role?The ideal candidate will demonstrate:- Industry Experience: Extensive knowledge of the football industry, school environments, and player pathways in both female and male football development- Teamwork & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a consistent track record as a collaborative team player- Administrative & Technical Skills: High competence in IT applications (including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), alongside sound business acumen and strong literacy and numeracy skills- Best Practice: A thorough commitment to embedding equality, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding best practices across all deliveryOur values are essential to our successOur values serve as guiding principles for how we connect with one another, our fans, partners and sponsors.
