Robert Half are supporting a private equity-backed technology SME in Yate, to recruit a Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst to join at an exciting stage of growth.This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch opportunity: ideal for someone who wants early ownership and visible impact, not a polished, process-driven finance function.Management Accountant / FP&A AnalystYate, Bristol£40,000 - £50,000 + BenefitsThe Role:Full ownership of transactional finance through to P&L, including invoicing, reconciliations, and journalsStandard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocation across projectsInventory, stock, and BOM (Bill of Materials) managementWIP and stock valuation, including physical vs. system stock auditsManagement reporting and ad hoc analysis for senior leadershipBalance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accountingWhat We're Looking For:ACCA/CIMA finalist, newly qualified or QBEManufacturing or engineering background strongly preferred (BOMs, stock, project costing)Comfortable in a fast-paced, process-light environment: someone who builds structure rather than waits for itStrong Excel and financial modelling skillsConfident communicating financial data to non-finance colleaguesExperience with Xero and Microsoft Office 365 advantageousWhy Apply:Join at the beginning of a journey.
