Job Title: Electrical Shift Engineer (Maintenance Electrician)Location: HounslowPackage: £45,000 - £50,000Working Hours: 4 on 4 off pattern, days & nights (7am 7pm / 7pm 7am)About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join my clients team on a days and nights shift pattern, covering a commercial site in Hounslow. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who has been longing for a professional and progress team of engineers, support by management who reward their staff with training, promotions and development in technical abilities where possible.This company is a well-established business who is an industry leader in the UK, with endless career development and opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical three-phase systems, lighting and power distribution.Perform tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.Monitor BMSDiagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements:Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/EngineeringProven experience in a similar building maintenance role.Knowledge of commercial building systemsIf you feel you will be a great match to this position, please call James at The Invictus Group on 07375533362.TPBN1_UKTJ
