This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in sourcing high-quality food ingredients, managing supplier relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the business.The Role Reporting into the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:Procuring a wide range of food ingredients to support production requirements.Managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving cost savings.Ensuring continuity of supply while maintaining quality and service standards.Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to improve value and reduce risk.Working closely with Production, Planning, Technical, NPD, and Quality teams to ensure business requirements are met.Supporting supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintaining accurate purchasing data and ensuring compliance with company procedures.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:Essential: Previous buying experience within the food manufacturing industry, specifically purchasing food ingredients.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost, quality, and service.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and organisational abilities.TPBN1_UKTJ
