Full job descriptionJoin our passionate team at M&D Care as a Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Worker, youll provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE WORKING NIGHTS.M&D Care are an established family-oriented business, which is run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout Southwest Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs.
