What is the roleTo support the Buyer to source, develop, buy and deliver a specific range of products at the right time.What you will doManages key administrative duties for the Buying team from product concept to finished bought product.Clearly and effectively communicates with all suppliers and internal departments in line with critical pathManages order raising process as and when required with buyer's approval.Manages sample process and organisation for the department in a timely fashion.Manages sample sealing process working closely with garment tech team to meet critical path requirements.Manages garment approval process to achieve a commercial, saleable product.Thoughtfully contributes towards the input of all meeting preparation including Monday Trade & Product Sign OffsFulfil general ad hoc duties as requiredDeputising for buyer in buyer's absenceManagement of the critical path demonstrating proactive problem solving that meets deadlines.Actively contributing to the product life cycle e.g., comp shops, pre-trip planning, range building, product briefings and lessons learnt etc.Self-motivated clear understanding of market trends and customer profile and able to contribute knowledgeably to all meetings.Regular store visits undertaken, findings presented back to relevant parties and actions follow through.What you will bringA passion for plus size fashionGood communication skills – verbal and writtenClear understanding of the Yours Clothing customer needs, wants and who they areThe ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiativeGood time management & organisational skillsA self-motivated and proactive approach to completing given tasksA willingness to learn & the ability to work under pressureGood attention to detailA commercial outlook and a keen business senseA proven record of good attendance & flexibilityThe ability to adapt to frequent change in a high-pressure environmentCommitment to always behaving with integrity and professionalismA proven history of taking personal responsibility & accountability for actions, constantly striving to improve and exceed expectations and ensuring safety and quality are never compromised.TPBN1_UKTJ
