Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work, offering genuine career progression, flexible working arrangements and exposure to a variety of new build housing projects.The Role Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project teams, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of multiple residential developments from pre-construction through to final account.Key responsibilities include:Cost reporting and budget managementProcurement of subcontractors and suppliersPreparing and issuing subcontract documentationManaging subcontractor accounts and valuationsMonitoring project costs and identifying commercial risksPreparing interim valuations and applications for paymentAssisting with monthly CVRs and commercial reportingVariations, change control and final accountsLiaising with site teams, clients and subcontractorsSupporting the successful commercial delivery of projectsRequirements Assistant Quantity Surveyor:Previous experience within a Quantity Surveying roleExperience working on new build housing projectsDegree qualified or working towards a Quantity Surveying qualificationStrong commercial awareness and willingness to developProject Quantity Surveyor:Proven experience operating as a Quantity SurveyorStrong background delivering new build housing developmentsAbility to manage projects independentlyExcellent commercial and contractual knowledgeWhat's On Offer Competitive salary dependent on experienceCar allowancePrivate healthcarePension schemeHybrid working arrangementExcellent career progression opportunitiesLong-term pipeline of secured workSupportive and established management teamApply New build housing experience is essential for this position.Email your CVOr please text or call 07980 006 436 for a confidential discussion.TPBN1_UKTJ
