Their portfolio includes major transport, aviation-adjacent, public realm and heavy civil engineering schemes, requiring a high level of commercial expertise and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.They are seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Manager with strong NEC contract knowledge who can take commercial ownership of multiple projects and provide leadership across both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
