All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for Insurance Inbound SalesAgents work in a friendly and vibrant office.Applications are invited from candidates with insurance or insurance related experience, perhaps having worked as aSales Agent / Telesales Associate / / Customer Services Agent / Retentions Advisor /Call Centre Agent/ Inbound and Outbound Call Handling / Telesales / Renewal Agent / Retentions Call HandlerSalary: Excellent £24 - £28K plus FAB bonus potentialLocation: NorthamptonTo Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencingHours of work: Core hours Monday Friday,09.00 17.30, 37.5 hour working weekEvery fourth week you will be asked to work Saturday 09.00 - 1300Benefits: Excellent training and benefit package- second to none!The Role: Think more of account management duties and nurturing accounts to check customers are happy and retain business than cold calling.Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Looking after a portfolio of clients to ensure customer satisfactionCalling customers to check they are happy with services and upselling new productsHandling inbound calls and correspondence pertaining to new business and retentionsCross selling opportunities and passing leads to relevant teamsReacting to email lead and online enquiries to try and convert salesHandle objections to retain clients looking to change or cancel servicesComplete quotations over the phone by actively listeningResponding to emails and online enquiries and managing your own ring backsMaintaining your administrative tasksCustomer services and ensuring excellence in every callInterested?
