Holly Park Care Home is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Senior Care Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional person-centred care and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.About the Role As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care while providing leadership and guidance to the care team.
