Commercial Account Handler

We're working with a well-established, growing Insurance Broker that's investing further into its Commercial team.They're looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to support Account Executives and deliver a genuinely high standard of service, with a key focus on Motor Fleet clients . Because of the nature of the portfolio, HNW experience is also highly relevant , as it often includes exposure to larger vehicle portfolios and modified/high-value vehicles .If you enjoy being the 'engine room' of the team, organised, thorough, and proud of getting the detail right, this is a great opportunity with long-term development and a strong client base.What you'll be doing as Commercial Account HandlerSupporting Account Executives with renewals, mid-term adjustments and day-to-day servicingManaging and servicing a portfolio of Motor Fleet and associated risks, including associated client queries and risk changesPreparing renewal documentation, presentations and market submissionsLiaising with Insurers to obtain terms, negotiate where appropriate and secure coverHandling client queries professionally and efficiently, via email and phoneEnsuring accurate documentation, compliance and timely issuance of certificates and policiesWorking closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothlyWhat we're looking for as Commercial Account HandlerExperience in Commercial InsuranceMotor Fleet experience is highly desirableHNW experience is also valuable , particularly where you've handled multiple vehicles, high-value or modified vehicles, and more complex servicing requirementsConfident handling renewals and MTAs across a range of Commercial risks, complexity to suit your experienceStrong attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder managementComfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentWhat's on offerCompetitive salary (depending on experience) plus a strong benefits package, hybrid working and a supportive, professional culture, training and development (including support with CII, where relevant), a role with stability, progression, and high-quality clients.We're recruiting on behalf of our client, please get in touch for a confidential discussion.TPBN1_UKTJ
