This is achieved by working efficiently as part of a hard working team on a daily basis.About the RoleYou will be working primarily in teams of two or three, although solo work may be required depending on garden needs. Some flexibility may be required due to the weather. Working days include 1 hour of unpaid break.28 days of annual leave which includes Bank Holidays. Bank Holidays are worked unless booked off in advance.
