This is achieved by working efficiently as part of a hard working team on a daily basis.About the RoleYou will be working primarily in teams of two or three, although solo work may be required depending on garden needs. Some flexibility may be required due to the weather. Working days include 1 hour of unpaid break.28 days of annual leave which includes Bank Holidays. Bank Holidays are worked unless booked off in advance. Option of additional hours during the working week and at weekends to meet business demand.The role meets national minimum wage and will be competitive within the industry.There will be an initial trial period of 13 weeks before any permanent contracts and benefits are provided.TPBN1_UKTJ
