Service Coordinator

The company:Rosenbauer UK Limited, part of the Rosenbauer Group, supplies and maintains front line fire vehicles and fire-fighting equipment throughout the UK.The role:We require a Service Coordinator to assist the Service Department with the day-to-day coordination of vehicle and equipment servicing.The role will involve liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that maintenance and service call outs are dealt with in a timely, efficient and effective manner.Scheduling of service worksCoordinating travel (Hotels/Flights/Ferries etc)Receive and respond to inbound calls/emails both internal and externalOrdering parts and materialsUndertake general admin dutiesRequired skills:For this position we require someone who is an excellent communicator with strong customer service, IT skills and a passion for problem solving. Due to the nature / type of service work that needs coordinating, some engineering qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential.
