Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a respected and well-established organisation in the search for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a up to 6-month fixed-term contract.Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality HR service across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, people strategy, and operational HR matters.Based in West Sussex, this organisation is one of the largest in the area. Offering a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, alongside an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to play a key role within a large and diverse organisation.What youll do as an HR Manager:Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring the delivery of a proactive and customer-focused HR serviceProvide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, redundancy and organisational change casesBuild strong relationships with senior leaders and managers, acting as a trusted HR partner across multiple sitesLead on recruitment, onboarding, induction and probation processes, ensuring compliance and best practiceSupport organisational design, restructuring and change management initiativesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures and people-focused initiativesWork collaboratively with employee representatives and trade unions where requiredDeliver HR projects and contribute to the development and implementation of the wider People StrategyEnsure safeguarding considerations remain central to recruitment and employee relations activitiesAnalyse HR data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making and continuous improvementLead, coach and develop the HR team, supporting performance and professional developmentThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience within an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner roleExperience managing complex employee relations cases and organisational change projectsStrong and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience leading and developing HR teamsExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsExperience working within a multi-site organisationCIPD Level 5 or 7 qualificationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyCompany Benefits:30 days annual leave plus bank holidaysAdditional leave between Christmas and New YearLocal Government Pension SchemeFree on-site parkingFlexible working hoursProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee wellbeing supportPlus, more!If you have the skills and experience to match this role, we would love to hear from you!
