She needs support in all care areas and relies on a team who know her well and can anticipate her needs. Safety, dignity and comfort are top priorities in every part of her day.She loves spending time with her family, watching her favourite TV programmes and enjoying pampered moments like having her hair brushed, lipstick applied and her moisturisers gently used. She also enjoys being included in simple choices throughout her day. You will help her feel safe, comfortable and valued at all times.What the Role InvolvesYou will provide structured, consistent support including:Supporting with all care tasks and companionshipMedication administrationMoving and handlingPersonal care including bathing and dressingClinical care including tracheostomy care, ventilator care, enteral feeding and intermittent catheterisationWe provide training so you can build confidence and skills in all aspects of the role.About YouYou are likely a great fit if you are:Compassionate, observant and reliableFlexible and positive in your approachPassionate about making a genuine differencePrevious care experience essentialIf you have supported a family member or friend and want to build a rewarding career in care, we will provide full training and support to help you succeed.
