We support people in their own homes (not in care homes) and out in the community, taking the time to listen to our clients and making sure their needs are met with care and consideration.About the RoleThese are waking nights positions, you will spend the entirety of your shift with one client in their home.Providing personal care with dignity and respectMonitoring clients during the night on a wake and watch basisOffering fluid and nutritionContinence CareCatheter CareMedication AdministrationSupporting with medication managementWorking solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needsSupporting clients with a variety of different care requirements and offering reassuranceWe support people who need care services for long-term health conditions, clinically-led enhanced homecare, and end-of-life care.
