Our people are at the heart of what we do and are key to our success, we each play a key role in making a difference and embrace the challenge to improve the lives of our communities.This role is based within CU Apprenticeships Ltd, a sister company of Coventry University and part of the Coventry University Group.The RoleAs a Workplace Learning Advisor at Coventry University, you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of learners studying towards an apprenticeship programme, producing reports for employers, maintaining records in relation to the workplace learning and the quality of the experience. You will be responsible for escalating issues that may impact on the progress of learners or any areas of ESFA apprenticeship funding rules in line with compliance and regulations.You will work closely with course teams to ensure a robust level of understanding of the programme structure, gateway requirements and end point assessment to guide learners through the entirety of their apprenticeship programme.You will provide support and encouragement to learners to manage their studies, using the Coventry University systems and platforms to reflect on and enhance their work based experiences.This role is ideal for individuals wanting to make the transition into the Higher Education sector.We encourage continual development within CU Apprenticeships Ltd and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to enrol on an appropriate apprenticeship programme to further develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours.Our Successful CandidateYou will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent professional body qualification.
