Residential Architect London Full Time £40,000 £47,000 per annum, DOE Our client is a small, design-led architecture practice specialising in high-quality bespoke residential and smallmedium-scale projects. They are a studio in North London that values thoughtful design, technical excellence, and close collaboration across all stages of delivery. Working closely with the Director and Senior team, you will take responsibility for running projects from early concept through to completion, gaining full exposure across all RIBA stages with genuine ownership and autonomy. Whats On Offer Discretionary annual bonus 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible/hybrid working available post-probation Regular CPD and professional development support Exposure to full project lifecycle, including planning, technical design, and site delivery Friendly, close-knit studio culture with strong design values Office dog Requirements Essential Experience delivering residential and/or bespoke smallmedium scale projects (a must for this role) Strong Revit proficiency 5+ years UK experience post-Part 2 in architecture, architectural technology, or project running roles Proven ability to work through RIBA Stages 06, ideally with full project delivery experience Strong technical detailing and construction drawing capability Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple project demands Comfortable working within a small, collaborative studio environment Desirable Knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration The Role Running and managing residential projects from concept through to completion Leading projects across all RIBA Stages (06) Producing and coordinating detailed Revit drawing packages from concept through to construction Managing consultant coordination, including structural engineers and MEP teams Supporting and administering projects under JCT contracts Consultant coordination is important Overseeing technical design development and construction detailing Ensuring successful delivery of projects on site in line with design intent and programme Contributing to internal design reviews and project problem-solving Whats next?
