We're bringing Bewiched Coffee to Warwick this August - and we're looking for an inspiring Supervisor to help lead our brand-new team.Heart of England Co-operative Society are opening a brand-new Bewiched Coffee Shop this August. Bewiched is known for vibrant coffee shops, handcrafted drinks, indulgent treats and welcoming spaces at the heart of the community. As Supervisor, you'll help shape the culture, set the standards and support the team from day one. Roles are on a permanent part-time basis.What you'll be doingAs a key member of the leadership team, you'll support the Shop Manager in running the store and ensuring every shift delivers the Bewiched experience.Lead from the front Oversee day-to-day operations during your shiftsSupport, coach and motivate barista colleaguesSet the tone for outstanding customer service and team engagementDeliver an exceptional coffee shop experience Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks and foodBuild strong relationships with customers and the local communityMaintain excellent product knowledge and brand standardsKeep the shop running smoothly Ensure a clean, organised and well-stocked storeSupport stock control, ordering and waste managementEnsure policies, procedures and food safety standards are followedSupport business performance Assist the Shop Manager with administration and reportingHelp drive sales and contribute to store profitabilityPlay an active role in building a positive, high-performing team cultureWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who combines great people skills with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
