People Team Administrator - (HR) - 6 Months FTCVetPartners Limited, YorkWe have a fantastic opportunity for a People Team Administrator to join our exciting, fun, friendly team of Administrators on a fixed term, 6-month, contract. Our Shared Services team is going though an exciting time of growth and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us.This is a fast paced role based in our Central Support office in Clifton Moor, York. You will be supporting our vet practices across the country with their HR needs.Youll have a desire to provide a great service to our practices and a genuine interest in applying and further developing your initial experience within HR, in a department that covers a full range of complex work.A little bit about us:VetPartners are a collaboration of some of the most respected and trusted veterinary practices in the UK and parts of Europe. Our aim is to improve the quality of care given to our patients and our clients, whilst also ensuring all our colleagues have a great working life.What you'll do on a typical day:Be the first point of contact for, sometimes sensitive, people related queriesSupport the people team with administration tasks ensuring they are completed within required timelinesWork with practices and Payroll to ensure any payroll data is completed according to specified deadlinesCarry out the administration associated with VetPartners contractual and flexible benefitsProvide basic advice regarding people processes, ensuring practices are compliantWork closely with Senior People Administrators, Shared Service Team Leader and People Advisors/People BPs to continually develop the operational core people administration, ensuring it meets the needs of our practicesQualifications/Experience:Strong administration knowledge and experienceGreat communication skillsWell-developed Microsoft Office skillsEnglish and Maths GCSE A-C/grades 4-9, or equivalentHR experienceCIPD qualification, desirableWhat We Offer:Salary - £25,000 per annum pro rataHybrid working with three days working in the office and two days from homeDuring the initial training period, five days to be worked in the officePro rata holiday entitlementFlexible workingDiscounted veterinary feesFocus on employee wellbeingIf you feel you have the skills and experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you!(Please apply directly - no agency submissions)REF-229 428TPBN1_UKTJ
