Driving continuous improvement, ensuring quality and food safety are maintained at all time. Mentoring key operatives through their training programs. To deputise for site Quality Manager as requiredKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for conducting CCP verifications and quality assurance checks as per the agreed timeframesResponsible for all traceability records being completed accurately and on timeResponsible for maintaining full compliance to testing & calibration scheduledResponsible for completion of specific internal audits as per the agreed scheduleAccountable for reporting ineffective hygiene standards through ATP & allergen swabbingAbout you:You will have previous experience and knowledge of food safety and you are required to have HACCP training to be considered for this position.
