Back Shift Painting Supervisor - NightsShotton Paper Mill, Deeside£250-£280 per shiftNight Shift3/4 Week Contract Starting 22nd JulyWe are currently looking for an experienced Back Shift Painting Supervisor to join a project at Shotton Paper Mill on a temporary basis.This role is covering planned leave and will run for 3/4 weeks from 22nd July.Responsibilities:Supervising painting and industrial coating operatives on siteEnsuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specificationMaintaining high standards of health & safety complianceCoordinating labour and reporting progress to site managementManaging shift activities and resolving any site issues as they ariseRequirements:Previous experience supervising painting teams within industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of painting/coatings worksValid CSCS Card (Essential)SSSTS or SMSTS preferredProven ability to lead teams and maintain productivity on shiftExcellent communication and organisational skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive rates of £250-£280 per shiftImmediate start available2 weeks of night shift workOpportunity to work on a major industrial siteTo apply, please submit your CV or contact us directly for further information.Immediate requirement - candidates must be available to start on 22nd July.TPBN1_UKTJ
