Full-Time | PermanentDue to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Install Coordinator to join their busy office team based in Tredegar .This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong construction or renewable energy background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.The Role You'll play a key part in coordinating installation teams, ensuring jobs run efficiently and all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.Responsibilities include: ? Booking installation jobs in and out? Scheduling engineers and installers? Liaising with customers, installers and internal teams? Managing installation paperwork? Ensuring compliance documentation is completed correctly? General office administration? Supporting projects from booking through to completion? Keeping internal systems and records up to dateWhat We're Looking For ? Previous experience as an Install Coordinator, Project Administrator or Scheduler? Construction industry experience is essential? Renewable energy experience would be a huge advantage? ECO4, Solar PV or wider renewable energy knowledge is highly desirable? Strong organisational and communication skills? Confident using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously?
