HR AdvisorMoray – hybrid, multi siteExtremely competitive salary and benefits packageBrightwork are delighted to be supporting our key client with the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation, providing hands-on support across both operational and corporate environments.The RoleReporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will deliver practical and commercially focused HR support across multiple locations in Scotland, with regular travel between sites.This is a highly visible, site-facing role where you will work closely with frontline managers, supporting them with day-to-day people challenges while ensuring a compliant, engaged and high-performing workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsAct as first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employeesManage a wide range of employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performanceLead investigations and support formal meetingsCoach and support Team Leaders to confidently manage people issuesProvide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice aligned with business needsRecruitment & OnboardingSupport workforce planning and recruitment activityEnsure a smooth onboarding experience for new startersWork with managers to improve time-to-hire and reduce early attritionPolicy & ComplianceEnsure consistent application of HR policies and proceduresPromote best practice and compliance with UK employment legislationMaintain accurate documentation and support auditsPerformance & ChangeSupport performance management processes and address underperformanceAssist with organisational change initiatives including restructures and shift changesEnsure clear and effective employee communication during changeHR Data & InsightsMonitor key HR metrics such as absence and turnoverIdentify trends and work with managers to implement improvementsAbout YouYou will be an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in employee relations, ideally gained within a fast-paced operational environment such as manufacturing, logistics or similar.You will also demonstrate:Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical applicationExperience supporting frontline or shift-based workforcesThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsA proactive, hands-on and solutions-driven approachWillingness to travel regularly between sitesDesirable:CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)Experience working in a unionised environmentWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work within a growing, forward-thinking organisationVaried and fast-paced role with strong operational exposureSupportive HR team and opportunities for developmentIf this sounds like you please apply, or reach out directly on 07779 858 438 orBrightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
