Plumber / Pipefitter - ASAP StartAbout the RoleWe are currently looking for experienced and reliable Plumbers / Pipefitters to join our team on a large scale mixed use development project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high profile construction project involving residential apartments, commercial units, retail spaces, and associated infrastructure.The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of mechanical and public health services, working as part of an established site team to deliver the project safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.Plumber / Pipefitter Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation of domestic water services, heating systems, and associated pipework.Installation of copper, steel, stainless steel, and plastic pipework systems.Fitting valves, pumps, plant room equipment, and mechanical services components.Installation of drainage and public health systems.Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.Carrying out pressure testing and system checks.Working closely with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on site.Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards.Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.Identifying and reporting any installation issues or design clashes.Plumber / Pipefitter RequirementsProven experience as a Plumber, Pipefitter, or Mechanical Installer within the construction industry.Experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed use developments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong understanding of mechanical and public health services installations.Ability to read and work from construction drawings.Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.Plumber / Pipefitter Qualifications NeededValid CSCS or JIB/Skills Card.Relevant Plumbing or Pipefitting NVQ/City & Guilds qualification.Own tools and PPE.TPBN1_UKTJ
