This is a fantastic opportunity offering guaranteed 48 hours per week, weekly pay, immediate starts, and genuine opportunities to secure a permanent position with a well-established logistics company.This role would suit candidates with experience as a Driver's Mate, Driver's Assistant, Delivery Assistant, Driver Helper, Delivery Porter, Home Delivery Assistant, or Warehouse Operative .Location• Yate, Bristol• Due to early morning start times, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport.Shifts• Monday – Saturday• Start times from 06:00• Job and finish role• Guaranteed 48 hours per weekRates of Pay• £12.71 per hour• Weekly payBenefitsAs a Driver's Mate , you will receive:• Guaranteed 48 hours per week• Weekly pay• Temp-to-perm opportunity• Immediate starts available• Full training and induction provided• Long-term, stable work with a well-established client• Opportunity to secure a permanent positionDay-to-Day DutiesAs a Driver's Mate , your duties will include (but are not limited to):• Assisting drivers with home deliveries to customers• Loading and unloading products safely (heavy lifting involved)• Supporting the driver with route completion and delivery paperwork• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery• Following all health and safety procedures at all timesEssential Skills• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport• Able to travel to Yate for early morning starts• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamDesirable Experience• Previous experience working as a Driver's Mate, Driver's Assistant, Delivery Assistant, Driver Helper, Delivery Porter, Home Delivery Assistant, Warehouse Operative, or within a similar logistics or distribution environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.Training Provided• Full site assessment before starting• Manual handling training provided• Fully paid induction and ongoing support throughout your assignment• Drug and alcohol screening required before startingApplyApply today by clicking below.People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.TPBN1_UKTJ
