The role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who is comfortable working with large data sets and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a business's continued growth.Key responsibilities will include:Producing budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-makingDelivering detailed performance analysis and actionable financial insightInterpreting complex financial data and presenting findings clearly to stakeholdersSupporting commercial decision-making across the businessWorking with large data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunitiesPartnering with operational and senior leadership teams to improve business performanceContributing to the ongoing growth and development of the businessCandidate profile:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysisCommercially focused with the ability to translate data into insightComfortable working with large and complex data setsStrong communication skills, with the ability to make financial information accessible and meaningfulProactive, analytical and keen to add value in a growing business environmentIn return, the business is offering a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits, alongside hybrid working.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
