This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant operations through proactive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.The successful candidate will adopt a multi-skilled approach, working both independently and collaboratively to diagnose and resolve electrical issues within time-sensitive production constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site equipmentDiagnose and rectify faults on complex electrical systems using technical drawingsWork on PLC-controlled systems managing hydraulic and pneumatic circuitsPerform electrical installation work as requiredEnsure minimal downtime through efficient fault resolutionMaintain high standards of health and safety compliance at all timesContribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiativesKey RequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Proven experience in electrical fault finding within a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematicsExperience working with PLC-controlled systems (desirable)Strong understanding of health and safety regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIdeally currently working in a Maintenance Electrical Technician roleBenefits211 hours annual leaveContributory pension schemeLife assurancePaid overtime opportunitiesCycle to work schemeHealth cash plan (post-probation)Employee of the Month scheme (£100 reward voucher)Ongoing training and development opportunitiesSalary & HoursSalary: £50,775 per annum (rising to £52,517 after probation)OTE: c.£62,000+ per annum (based on typical overtime)Working Hours (32 hours per week):Week 1:Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am 10:00pm (2 x 12-hour shifts)Friday: 2:00pm 10:00pm (1 x 8-hour shift)Week 2:Friday & Saturday: 10:00pm 10:00am (2 x 12-hour shifts)Sunday: 10:00pm 6:00am (1 x 8-hour shift)This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrical Technician seeking a stable weekend-focused role within a high-performing engineering environment.If this role is of interest, please press apply or get in touch with Ryan Guy on 07837434353.TPBN1_UKTJ
