of four.You'll ensure strong financial controls, accurate processing, effective cash management and smooth month-end delivery while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.This is a highly visible role that combines operational leadership, team development, reporting and process improvement within a fast-paced commercial environment.What Your Day Might Look Like:Finance OperationsMaintain finance operations processes and identify opportunities for improvementOversee sales and purchase ledger activities and monthly ledger reviewsEnsure AP and AR activities are completed accurately and on timeMonitor financial controls and ensure company procedures are followedSupport operational sign-off for new systems and process improvementsCash Management & TreasuryOwn the weekly cash forecast and present findings to senior finance leadershipManage treasury-related processes and controlsReview payment runs and support payment execution where requiredOversee bank reconciliations and ensure outstanding actions are resolvedSupport ad hoc payment activity as requiredReporting & PerformanceProduce monthly operational reporting and performance insightsMonitor KPIs and identify performance or resource risksReview key operational metrics and control risksSupport informed decision-making through accurate reporting and analysisTeam LeadershipLead, coach and support a team of four finance professionalsManage performance reviews, objectives and development plansMonitor workloads and ensure deadlines are consistently achievedDeliver training and ongoing support to team membersFoster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team cultureStakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships across the wider
