Asset SurveyorBury, Greater ManchesterFull Time, Permanent£negoitableSellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for an Asset Surveyor to join one of our Greater Manchester based clients on a temporary basisDaily duties of the Asset Surveyor consist of:Support the day-to-day maintenance of the client's building stock, in order to identify and rectify any defectsConduct specialised building surveying works to ensure building stock meets all regulatory and planning requirementsPrepare and issuing works specifications and tender documentation in accordance with the client's financial procedures, preparing contracts documentation, issuing works orders and managing contractor performance, through to post project inspectionsUndertaking and updating stock condition surveys and creating work programmesProvide a property surveying service, including planned, routine, reactive maintenance and stock condition/stock managementEssential experience of the Asset Surveyor:HNC/HTEC Certificate in Building Studies or aboveDetailed understanding of all statutory obligations in relation to property compliance including CDM and HHSRSFull UK Drivers License and access to own vehicleWilling to undergo a basic DBS CheckIf you are interested in the role of the Asset Surveyor then please apply now, for more information contact Josh Meek at the Sellick Partnership Derby officeSellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
