Cleaning Manager - SalisburyLocation: SalisburyContract Type: Full TimeSalary: £40,000About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Cleaning Manager to lead delivery of high-quality cleaning services within a Defence environment. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, while delivering an outstanding customer experience in line with Compass Group standards.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulationsLead, train, and motivate cleaning teams to consistently deliver excellent serviceManage staffing levels, rotas, and labour costs effectively within budgetMonitor cleaning standards through regular audits and inspections, driving continuous improvementMaintain stock control of cleaning materials and equipmentBuild strong client relationships, attend review meetings, and contribute to monthly reportingEnsure all compliance documentation, COSHH records, and cleaning schedules are up to dateSupport wider soft FM operations and provide cover for supervisors where requiredWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Proven experience managing cleaning operations or soft FM servicesStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsKnowledge of health & safety regulations and cleaning compliance (including COSHH)Experience managing budgets, labour, and resourcesIT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFull UK Driving LicenceDesirable:Experience within MOD/Defence or secure environmentsKnowledge of service management or auditing systemsRelevant cleaning or FM qualificationsWhat We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentOngoing training, coaching, and development opportunitiesSupportive leadership and collaborative team cultureApply NowIf you're a proactive, hands-on Cleaning Manager passionate about maintaining high standards and leading teams to success, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
