Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you'll take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion, working closely with clients, operational teams and commercial colleagues to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.The RoleAs Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple drainage rehabilitation and infrastructure projects, including: Managing projects from planning through to completionCoordinating labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and operational resourcesEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standardsBuilding strong relationships with clients, framework partners and key stakeholdersMonitoring project performance, programmes, budgets and commercial outcomesManaging project risks, variations and reportingLeading and supporting site teams, supervisors and subcontractorsDriving continuous improvement across project delivery and operational performanceAbout YouWe're looking for a commercially aware project professional with strong leadership skills and experience delivering operational projects.You'll ideally have: Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or similarA background within drainage, utilities, civil engineering, construction, infrastructure or trenchless technologyExperience managing project budgets, programmes and operational resourcesExcellent client and stakeholder management skillsStrong leadership, communication and organisational abilitiesA good understanding of Health & Safety and quality managementFull UK driving licenceDesirable: Experience delivering CIPP or drainage rehabilitation projectsSMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor, APM, PRINCE2 or similar project management qualificationsWhat's On Offer?
