Our goal is to help each person develop their independence, build confidence and achieve their personal goals while living fulfilling and active lives.The gentlemen enjoy a wide range of social and leisure activities, including:Trips to Flip Out and other local attractionsIce skatingWalks along the beachVisiting pubs and cafésExploring employment and volunteering opportunitiesAttending community activities and eventsThis is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will play a vital part in supporting people to learn new skills, make choices and live the life they choose.Due to the nature of the service, experience supporting people with autism and behaviours of distress is beneficial.
