They have built up a hard earned reputation for delivering the finest quality projects for clients across retail, leisure and the commercial sectors.The Contracts Manager RoleThey require a Contracts Manager to take control of the delivery of refurbishment and interior fit-out projects across the leisure interior fit-out sector; restaurants, bars and hotels, with project values from £50k to £3m.You will be responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of project deliveryBuild good relations with the client and project teamEnsure all aspects of the build process are satisfactorily completed on time and within cost and to the highest possible standardsBe able to carry out perfect delivery and produce snag free jobsMust be able to run at least two contracts at one timeLiaison with construction teams and landlords and clientsDesign control and coordination, directly liaise with designersManagement of Site Manager and site teamsManage all aspects of build processVisit sites at least one day a weekThe Successful Contracts ManagerThis is unique opportunity within this company with fantastic potential and therefore they require a person of proven track record in the Construction Interior Fit-Out & Refurbishment sectorIt is highly desirable you have experience specifically in Leisure & Hospitality related projects, such as bars, restaurants and front of house hotels.Exceptional client facing skillsManagement of subcontractors and a direct labour workforceDelivering quality finished end product to time and budgetCommercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction processThorough knowledge of H&S proceduresExcellent communication skills at all levelsRelevant CSCS qualificationsTPBN1_UKTJ
