Head of R&D Product Delivery and Deployment

Haleon's Innovation Transformation is a major long‑term investment of over £50M, forecast to deliver annualized benefits of more than £100M. The senior leadership position reports to the Head of R&D Tech and is responsible for the end‑to‑end orchestration of technology delivery across all R&D product pillars, acting as the central control tower for the Innovation value pool.

• Engage senior leaders globally, including executive team members and D&T Portfolio and Performance leaders, to drive strategic orchestration of digital delivery for R&D and innovation value pools.

• Represent R&D Tech in senior governance bodies such as the Haleon Digital Strategy PMO, Transformation Office, R&D Wired for Excellence forums, and global D&T governance committees.

• Translate R&D and Digital strategies into integrated, actionable delivery plans with clear outcomes, dependencies, and value measures, leading end‑to‑end delivery orchestration across multiple product lines and programs.

• Own the continuous optimization of the R&D Tech delivery roadmap and provide orchestration, dependency management, and execution alignment across all R&D product pillars.

• Oversee cross‑portfolio risks, issues, sequencing challenges, and decision enablement as the Value Pool control tower.

• Partner with Global R&D, QSC, and marketing leaders to transform end‑to‑end innovation business processes and realize value through digital, data, and AI‑enabled use cases.

• Collaborate with senior product owners, configuration experts, architects, and third‑party providers to ensure technology, vendor, and delivery choices align with D&T strategy, balancing cost, quality, and pace.

• Lead a cross‑functional innovation ecosystem with direct and indirect oversight of hundreds of resources, providing strong leadership and guidance to achieve high‑performance outcomes.
